Love this place. one of the only places I trust to order silver settings from.

I have had nothing but a good experience with Fire Mountain! I sit and waite on my order then it is like Christmas! I had problems with some shells they sent me but they did make it good! They are who I trust to do buisenes with. Thank you Fire Mountain.

I ordered 7 items from these folks and of that, four were severely undersized based on the dimensions given on the website. I did a chat and the chat agent was supremely unhelpful, listing me what they say are acceptable dimensions for any given item, repeating over and over that they wont' all be the same size (duh. I'm not stupid), and insisting that the only way to measure is with calipers. I set these beads on a flat ruler and can't see how a caliper will make a bead measuring clearly less than 8mm stretch to meet a minimum of 8-10. The worst was a 12 X 8 bead string where not one measured above 7 X 8. Minimum quoted was 9 X 7 for that size. So the other three I bought were great and all within ballpark but the four here were disappointing and the customer chat was insulting and useless. Be warned: they are very generous about what they think is okay range of sizes. If you go in like that, you won't be left angry like me.

I was anxious upon submitting my first order. I received confirmation and then shipping info quickly. When I received my order it was exactly what I expected and I received a free gift. I was referred by a friend and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I love their beads and findings. Items as simple as howlite chips are of the highest quality. Their lapis lazuli and semiprecious beads are quite beautiful. I love the quality.

Wonderful, reliable supplier for my small jewelry business. Their web site is one o free best for being easy to navigate and to filter results. The quality is quite good, and they make returns easy if you don't like what you get. They aren't my go to place for super premium items, but even their C and D quality gemstones look very good.

Their pricing scale is quite different from other emailers - discounts are based on number of items, not retail value. Their are four prices for most items: a base price, a discount if you buy at least15 items in your order (any item - it doesn't have to be 15 of the same product), a deeper discount for 50 items and the deepest discount for 100. I can generally wait to place a large order to qualify for the best one. If I'm within 20 items or so, I just sort the site by price, and I can usually find something for $1, and just buy 20. That extra $20 has saved me hundreds off my total price, in the past.

The web site offers lots of great, free advice, including a fairly comprehensive "EncycloBEADia." Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and they will spend time, via phone or online chat, to help with design and product selection.

The sizes are not real likewise the colour. I am disappointed. Was looking forward to a lovely bead only for me to recieve stones. The length r not what is seen on the websites.

Fire mountain gems will fool you into thinking you've found an awesome new online store but they will send you cheap, and/or old products then give you hell to return them

Absolutely the best supplier out there they help you learn how to make beautiful jewelry I'm grateful I found them I'm enjoying making fine jewelry instead of cheap beads. TY Fire mountain Gems

I ordered some 18 inch necklace chains but I got 7 inch bracelet chains instead. I always check the fine print before I checkout so I know I didn't order the wrong thing. When I called customer service they told me I ordered the wrong thing and there was nothing they could do about it. The lady was rude, kept telling me it was my fault and that I "should read the fine print before I order something" and told me I'd just have to order the right thing next time.

Got a $100 of trash, broken beads, not same intense colors than the pictures, a shame. I will NEVER buy in here again, whoever is managing this place now took it to a whole new level. Below a star
